About Me

I'm an artist based in Galway in the west of Ireland, working in digital and traditional art.

Sometimes it seems we have to look far away to find what is good and beautiful in life.  My art is about noticing how much beauty and joy are close at hand, in our homes and little towns and ordinary Irish life. 

Small noticed moments and daydreams can give us so much comfort, and make us feel content and uplifted. This is what I want to capture in the greeting cards and images I design, so we can share these moments with the ones we love.

I try to find the right words to go with them, as Gaeilge and in English, to honour the beautiful language and lore of our place.

I hope you enjoy wandering in my illustrated world.
